you always have a right to return and exchange our products if you have not used it.

in your return requests for the products you have purchased, if the product has not been used (the box is not deformed, all accessories are in the package) within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of order delivery, by filling out the exchange and return form, the product(s) and you must deliver the invoice on the package sent to you, in its own package and properly, to us by the seller against the contracted carrier company.
ârî atelier is not responsible for any damages incurred during transportation. if it complies with the above conditions, you have the right to change / return once.

after the return process, the check and discount coupons used in the order cannot be returned, they are for single use only. after submitting your return, your shipping code may be requested. please keep your shipping code. shipping fee: you do not pay a shipping fee when sending the product to our company for exchange and return.
